This plan covers everything it takes to keep a website healthy: hosting management, security, backups, monitoring, and a clear monthly report. Content changes aren't included, which keeps the plan affordable and predictable. When you need an update, we quote it separately.

The plan keeps your site running. It isn't a content retainer. Anything below is quoted separately, and nothing is billed without your approval.

What does the $150/month plan include?
Managed hosting, SSL, domain and DNS management, security hardening and patching, daily backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, a monthly health report, and fixes for anything we built that stops working.
Are content updates included?
No. The plan keeps your site online, fast, and secure. It doesn't include changes to text, images, or pages. Content updates and new features are quoted separately, so you only pay for changes when you actually need them.
How do I request a change to my site?
Email hello@slightlyartistic.com with what you'd like changed. We'll send a quote and timeline before any work starts, and nothing is billed without your approval.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us the moment it happens, usually before you notice. If the problem is on our side, fixing it is covered by your plan.
Do you host sites you didn't build?
The plan is designed for sites we build, because that's how we can guarantee speed and security. If you have an existing site, get in touch and we'll talk about rebuilding or migrating it.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a 12-month first term starting at launch. You can pay $150/month, or $1,500 for the year up front, which saves $300. Before each term ends, we'll offer you another year. If you don't renew, the plan continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Is the plan different for online stores?
Yes. E-commerce sites use the E-commerce Care plan ($200/month, or $2,000/year paid up front): everything here, plus a monthly test purchase, checkout checks after platform changes, and up to two small product updates a month. See e-commerce websites.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and your site files are yours. If you ever leave, we'll hand over a complete copy.
