Websites for law firms
Law firm websites that get the right calls.
A small law firm's website should help a person with a legal problem find you, understand whether you handle their kind of case, and reach you, without saying anything your firm hasn't approved. We design and build fast, custom websites for solo attorneys and small firms, with a page for each practice area, careful intake forms and local search built in. Builds cost $2,500 to $4,500, plus $150/month for hosting and care.
01 / Practice area pages
One page for each kind of case, in the words people search.
Nobody searches for "family law services." They search for "divorce lawyer near me" or "how to set up a trust." Whether you handle personal injury, family law, estate planning, criminal defense, business matters, immigration or a mix, each practice area you want more of gets its own page, written around the questions a potential client is already asking. A good practice area page covers:
- What kinds of cases you take, in plain words ("car accident lawyer", not "tort litigation")
- Who you help and where: the cities and courts you work in
- What happens after someone contacts you, from the first call to a consultation
- How fees work in general terms, such as free consultations or flat fees, if you choose to say
- What to bring or gather before a first meeting
- Common questions for that practice area, answered the way you'd answer them on the phone
Attorney bios sit alongside, with real photos, education and bar admissions listed exactly as each attorney holds them. Clear, specific pages help Google and AI search tools match you to the right searches, and help people rule themselves in or out before they call.
One honest note: rankings take time, and Google decides them. Your competition, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and how long you've been in business all play a part, so we won't promise you page one. Be wary of anyone who does. Google's own advice is that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. What we can promise is that your website won't be what's holding you back.
02 / Intake and after hours
Make it easy to reach you, and careful about what gets sent.
People often contact a lawyer at a stressful moment, and they tend to share too much. So the site's own forms stay short: a name, a phone number or email, and a brief description of the matter. A plain notice near the submit button says that submitting the form doesn't create an attorney-client relationship and asks people not to send confidential details. Your firm reviews that wording before launch.
Legal problems don't keep office hours. If you use an answering or intake service for after-hours calls or live chat, we put its number or chat on every page, so evening and weekend inquiries reach a person. On phones, a tap-to-call button stays within reach.
The site itself has no database, client accounts or admin login. It isn't a place to store case files, and it doesn't try to be.
03 / Advertising rules and Spanish pages
Your firm approves every claim before launch.
Lawyer advertising is regulated by state bar rules, and a website counts. We keep that in mind from the first draft. We don't write testimonials or case results, and we don't describe anyone as the "best", an "expert" or a "specialist". Your firm supplies the substance and reviews every claim on every page before anything goes live. Your firm is responsible for making sure the site meets the rules that apply to it; our job is to build what you approve, clearly and accurately.
If your firm serves Spanish speakers, we can build Spanish-language pages for the practice areas and contact details that matter most. Your firm or its translator supplies or approves the Spanish content, and we build it with a simple language switch and proper search tags for each language.
04 / Pricing
What a law firm website costs.
Three fixed prices, with no hourly billing during the build:
- Essential, $2,500: up to 5 pages. Good for a solo attorney with one or two practice areas.
- Studio, $3,500: up to 10 pages, with a keyword plan, copy editing and a visual refresh. Room for a page per practice area and a bio for each attorney.
- Signature, $4,500: up to 15 pages, with local SEO, location pages, a logo and starter brand kit, and integrations like booking. For firms with several practice areas, more than one office, or Spanish-language pages.
Every site runs on the $150/month Hosting & Care plan: hosting, SSL, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report. Content changes, like a new attorney bio or practice area, aren't included and are quoted separately. You pay 50% to start and the balance at launch, and you own your domain and site files.
