From first form to launch, step by step.
A Slightly Artistic project runs in six steps: a two-minute project form, a free 20-minute consult, a proposal and 50% deposit, an onboarding questionnaire, design and build with a live preview, and launch. At launch the balance is due and the $150/month Hosting & Care plan begins. We aim to have your finished site ready within 30 days of your deposit, and the biggest factor is how quickly your content comes in.

Tell us about your project
Fill out the project form: your business, your current site, what you need and your budget. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you right away instead of wasting your time.

Free 20-minute consult
A short call about your customers, your competitors and what your site needs to do. Bring what works and what doesn't about your current site. By the end, you'll know which package fits and what it costs.

Proposal and 50% deposit
Within one to two business days of the consult, you get a proposal. You choose a package, read and accept the agreement, and pay a 50% deposit online through Stripe. Your card is saved so the balance can be charged at launch, and you'll get a receipt by email. Packages are $2,500, $3,500 and $4,500.

Onboarding questionnaire
A guided form collects what we need to build: your logo and brand colors, photos, the services you offer, team bios, and access to your domain and current site. The form itself takes about 20 minutes, but gathering photos, bios and logins can take longer. We'll send friendly reminders if anything is missing. This step usually sets the pace for the whole project.

Design, build and preview
Once we have everything we need, we design your pages and build the site from scratch, usually in one to two weeks depending on scope. You review it on a live preview link, on your own phone and computer, before anything is public. Revision rounds are included: 2 with Essential, 3 with Studio and 4 with Signature.

Launch
We pick a weekday morning together. We check your email settings first so nothing about your email changes, then point your domain to the new site, which usually takes minutes. We confirm SSL, test every form and the permanent redirects from your old page addresses (so you keep the Google rankings you've earned), and submit your sitemap to Google Search Console. The remaining 50% is charged at launch.

Hosting & Care
Your Hosting & Care plan starts at launch: hosting, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report. Changes to your content are quoted separately, and nothing is billed without your approval.
