Websites for dental practices

Dental practice websites that fill the schedule.

A dental website has one job: help a nearby patient decide to book with you. We design and build fast, custom websites for dental practices that show what patients look for first (new-patient status, insurance, location and a way to book), keep patient health information off ordinary web forms, and are set up for local search. Builds cost $2,500 to $4,500, plus $150/month for hosting and care.

01 / What patients look for

Answer the questions patients ask before they call.

Most new patients find you on a phone, compare two or three practices, and decide in a minute or two. The practice that answers their questions fastest usually gets the call. Every dental site we build puts these answers where patients expect them:

  • Whether you're taking new patients
  • Which insurance plans you accept, and your payment or membership options
  • Where you are, where to park, and your hours
  • The treatments you offer, with a page for each one you want more of
  • Who the dentists and hygienists are, with real photos
  • Your Google reviews, linked from your Google Business Profile
  • A fast way to book or call, reachable with one thumb

We don't write reviews or testimonials for you. We link to your real Google reviews so patients can read them where they already trust them.

02 / Online booking

Make booking the easiest thing on the page.

If your practice already uses an online scheduling tool, we connect it: a booking button in the header, on every treatment page and at the bottom of each page. On phones, a tap-to-call button stays within reach.

If you don't have online scheduling, we set up a short appointment-request form (name, phone or email, preferred time) on a HIPAA-ready form tool, and your team confirms the details by phone.

03 / Patient privacy

HIPAA-aware forms, without the jargon.

A regular website form sends an email from the web server. Even "I have a toothache, can you see me Tuesday?" is health information once it's tied to a name, so on a dental site we don't use ordinary forms at all.

Instead, every patient form runs on a HIPAA-ready tool that your practice signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with directly: the online booking and forms in your practice software if it has them, or a HIPAA plan from a form builder such as Jotform. We set it up, match it to your site and embed it. Patient submissions go straight to that tool and never pass through our servers, and we don't put advertising tracking pixels on your site.

Many practices don't need a web form at all. A tap-to-call button, your email address and a link to your patient portal or online booking cover most of what patients want, with nothing extra to subscribe to.

The site itself has no patient portal, database or admin login, which keeps it simple to secure.

04 / Speed and local search

Built to be found by patients nearby.

Every build includes the technical basics that help Google understand and trust your site:

  • A fast site. Ours are custom-built with no page builder, so pages load quickly on any device, even on a slow mobile connection.
  • A page for each treatment you want to grow, written in the words patients search for.
  • Your practice name, address and phone number, matched exactly to your Google Business Profile.
  • Structured data that tells search engines you're a dental practice, where you are and when you're open.
  • Google Search Console setup and a sitemap at launch, plus permanent redirects from your old site.

Multi-location practices get a page for each office on the Signature package.

One honest note: rankings take time, and Google decides them. Your competition, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and how long you've been in business all play a part, so we won't promise you page one. Be wary of anyone who does. Google's own advice is that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. What we can promise is that your website won't be what's holding you back.

05 / Pricing

What a dental website costs.

Three fixed prices, with no hourly billing during the build:

  • Essential, $2,500: up to 5 pages. Good for a new or single-dentist practice.
  • Studio, $3,500: up to 10 pages, with a keyword plan, copy editing and a visual refresh. This fits most practices.
  • Signature, $4,500: up to 15 pages, with location pages and booking or review integrations. For multi-dentist or multi-location practices.

Every site runs on the $150/month Hosting & Care plan: hosting, SSL, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report. Content changes aren't included and are quoted separately. You pay 50% to start and the balance at launch, and you own your domain and site files. Compare the packages in detail.

Dental website FAQ

How much does a dental practice website cost?

Our custom builds are $2,500, $3,500 or $4,500 depending on how many pages and features you need, plus $150/month for hosting and care. Most single-location practices fit the Studio package. You pay 50% to start and the balance at launch.

Is the website HIPAA compliant?

No website is "HIPAA certified" on its own. What matters is where patient information goes. On the dental sites we build, every patient form (appointment requests, new-patient paperwork, even a simple "contact us") runs on a HIPAA-ready tool that your practice signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with directly, such as the online forms in your practice software or a HIPAA plan from a form builder like Jotform. Submissions go straight to that tool, never through our servers, and we don't put advertising tracking pixels on your site.

Can patients book appointments online?

Yes. If your practice already uses an online scheduling tool, we put its booking link or embed on every page where a patient might decide to book. If you don't have one, we set up an appointment-request form on a HIPAA-ready tool your practice signs a BAA with, plus a tap-to-call button.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I replace my current site?

Not if the move is done carefully. Before launch we map every old page address to its new one with permanent (301) redirects, so Google and anyone with an old link lands on the right page. See how a project works.

Who writes the content?

You know your practice best, so you supply the details: treatments, insurance, team bios and photos. The Studio and Signature packages include copy editing, so every page reads clearly and uses the words patients actually search for.

Can my front desk update hours or add a new hygienist?

Our sites are custom-built without a page builder, so there's no editor to log in to. Changes to content, like new hours or a new team member, are quoted separately, and nothing is billed without your approval. The $150/month plan keeps the site online, fast, secure and backed up.
