Free website health check

How healthy is your website?

Enter your address and we'll check what decides whether customers find you, trust you and get in touch: speed, mobile, security, and the basics Google and AI search tools look for. You get a score out of 100 and your top three fixes, in plain English. It takes about a minute.

Free. Takes about a minute. We never sell your information.

02 / How we score

A fair score, not a scare tactic.

Some website graders are tuned so every site fails and needs the seller's help. Ours isn't. A well-built site on Wix, Squarespace or WordPress can score in the 80s or 90s, and checks that don't apply to your site are left out of the score instead of counting against you.

It's an automated check of your homepage's technical basics. It can't judge your design, your writing or your reviews, and it can't promise rankings: Google decides those. What it can do is find the fixable problems that quietly cost you visitors, and tell you exactly how to fix each one, whether or not you ever work with us.

Health check FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no trial, no credit card and nothing to install. You get your full report on screen and a copy by email.

Why do you need my name and email?

So we can send you a copy of your report, and so we know who we're talking to if you'd like help with the fixes. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. You'll get your report and, at most, one follow-up email from Tyler. Details are in our privacy policy.

Will someone call me?

Only if you add your phone number, and only to offer a free walkthrough of your results. The phone number is optional, so leave it blank if you'd rather stick to email.

What does my score mean?

90 and up is excellent, 75 to 89 is good, 60 to 74 needs work, and under 60 needs attention. Checks that don't apply to your site (for example, real-visitor speed data Google doesn't have yet) are left out of the math, so they can't count against you. A well-built site on Wix, Squarespace or WordPress can score in the 80s or 90s.

Why is my speed score different from PageSpeed Insights?

We use Google's PageSpeed Insights test on a simulated phone, the same one you can run yourself. The score moves a few points between runs because it tests over the real internet, so a small difference is normal.

Can I check a competitor's site?

Yes. It works on any public website. Plenty of people run their own site and two competitors to see where they stand.

Does a high score mean I'll rank first on Google?

No, and no tool can promise that. Google decides rankings, and things the check can't see, like your competition, your Google Business Profile and your reviews, matter a lot. A high score means the technical basics aren't what's holding you back.

What happens to my website's report?

We save it so your private report link keeps working, and so we can talk it through if you get in touch. If you'd like it deleted, email hello@slightlyartistic.com.
