Websites for event venues

Event venue websites that book more tours.

An event venue's website should make someone want the space, then give them every fact they need to book a tour. We design and build fast, custom websites for wedding venues, banquet halls, rooftops, ranches and private-event spaces with large photo galleries that still load quickly, clear capacity and pricing details, and an inquiry form that tells you the date, guest count and budget up front. Builds cost $2,500 to $4,500, plus $150/month for hosting and care.

01 / Photos that sell the space

Let the space do the talking, without the wait.

People choose a venue with their eyes first. Big, sharp photos of the ceremony site at golden hour, the reception room set for 150, and the details up close do more selling than any paragraph.

The catch is that big photos usually mean slow pages, and slow pages lose visitors on a phone. So we resize and convert every image into modern formats, serve the right size for each screen, and load gallery images as visitors scroll. A gallery with dozens of large photos still loads quickly on any device, even on a slow mobile connection.

We plan the gallery with you: which photos lead, which spaces each one shows, and short captions that help both visitors and search engines. We use your real photos of your real space, never stock images passed off as yours.

02 / The details planners need

Answer the checklist questions before the first call.

Couples and event planners are comparing several venues, often with a spreadsheet open. The venue that makes the facts easy to find saves everyone a round of emails. Every venue site we build lays these out clearly, on each space's page:

  • Capacity for each space, seated and standing
  • The spaces themselves: ballroom, patio, rooftop, lawn, bridal suite, and how they combine
  • What's included: tables, chairs, linens, lighting, sound, setup and teardown
  • Catering rules: in-house only, a preferred list, or bring your own
  • Preferred vendors, and whether outside vendors are allowed
  • Parking, load-in, and accessibility for guests with mobility needs
  • Pricing ranges or "starting at" figures, if you choose to share them

Weddings and corporate events usually need different pages. A couple wants the ceremony site and the bridal suite. A company planner wants AV, breakout rooms and weekday availability. Separate pages let each one find what they came for.

03 / Inquiries and tours

Turn a visit into a qualified inquiry.

A generic "contact us" form leaves your team guessing. Our venue inquiry form asks the questions you'd ask anyway:

  • Event date, or a few dates they're considering
  • Estimated guest count
  • Event type: wedding, corporate, private party, fundraiser
  • Budget range
  • Name, email and phone number

Inquiries arrive in your inbox with spam protection built in. If you use a scheduling tool for tours, such as Calendly, Acuity or the one built into your venue software, we put its booking button on every space page so interested visitors can pick a tour time right away.

Availability calendars are only worth showing if they stay accurate. We add one when it's connected to a tool your team updates itself. Otherwise the inquiry form handles dates, which is more honest than a calendar nobody maintains.

04 / Local search and the season

Built to be found by people planning an event.

Venue searches are local and specific: "rooftop event space downtown," "ranch wedding venue near me," "banquet hall for 200." Every build includes the basics that help Google and AI search tools match you to them:

  • A page for each space and event type you want to book more of, written in the words people search for.
  • Your venue name, address and phone number, matched exactly to your Google Business Profile.
  • Structured data that tells search engines you're an event venue and where you are.
  • Google Search Console setup and a sitemap at launch, plus permanent redirects from your old site.

If your patio or lawn books up for the cooler months and your indoor spaces carry the summer, the site can say so, and point summer planners to the rooms that work year-round.

One honest note: rankings take time, and Google decides them. Your competition, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and how long you've been in business all play a part, so we won't promise you page one. Be wary of anyone who does. Google's own advice is that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. What we can promise is that your website won't be what's holding you back.

05 / Pricing

What an event venue website costs.

Three fixed prices, with no hourly billing during the build:

  • Essential, $2,500: up to 5 pages. Good for a single-space venue or a private-event room.
  • Studio, $3,500: up to 10 pages, with a keyword plan, copy editing and a visual refresh. Room for a page per space plus separate wedding and corporate pages.
  • Signature, $4,500: up to 15 pages, with booking or review integrations and motion and art direction for key pages. For larger venues, multiple properties, or a site where the look has to match the space.

Every site runs on the $150/month Hosting & Care plan: hosting, SSL, security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and a monthly report. Content changes aren't included and are quoted separately. You pay 50% to start and the balance at launch, and you own your domain and site files. Compare the packages in detail.

Event venue website FAQ

How much does an event venue website cost?

Our custom builds are $2,500, $3,500 or $4,500 depending on how many pages and features you need, plus $150/month for hosting and care. A single-space venue can fit Essential. Most venues with separate wedding and corporate pages fit Studio or Signature. You pay 50% to start and the balance at launch.

Will big photo galleries slow the site down?

They don't have to. We resize and convert your photos into modern image formats, and load gallery images as visitors scroll to them. That way a page with dozens of large photos still loads quickly on a phone. Send us your best originals and we handle the rest.

Can the site show which dates are available?

Only if the calendar is connected to a tool your team updates itself, such as the booking or venue management software you already use. Our sites have no editor, so a calendar we typed in by hand would go stale within a week. Without a connected tool, the inquiry form asks for the date, and your team replies with availability.

Should I list prices on my venue website?

That's your call, and plenty of venues do well either way. Sharing a range or a "starting at" figure helps couples and planners rule themselves in or out before they inquire. If you'd rather not, the inquiry form asks for a budget range so you can still qualify leads before a tour.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I replace my current site?

Not if the move is done carefully. Before launch we map every old page address to its new one with permanent (301) redirects, so Google and anyone with an old link lands on the right page. See how a project works.

How do I update photos or packages later?

Our sites are custom-built without a page builder, so there's no editor to log in to. New photos, updated packages or a new space are content changes, quoted separately, and nothing is billed without your approval. Many venues batch changes once a season. The $150/month plan keeps the site online, fast, secure and backed up.
